Leg Bone Soup

Ingredients
  • 10 chunks (1 inch thick) of leg bone of a cow
  • 6 cloves of garlic

Procedure
  1. Remove blood in the leg bone via putting in cold water overnight
  2. Put leg bones in water (up to 4 gallons) and bring to boil
  3. Remove foam continuously with a spoon for 15 minuites or until no more foam is produced
  4. Add garlic, and simmer for 5~8 hours

Serves 5~10 people, main dish.
Serve with rice. Add salt and pepper for taste, and garnish with green onion, to individual servings.
You can reuse the bone for a secound brewing. Sometimes the secound soup is even better!
